The Cap’n B RV Park is a quiet, family and fisherman oriented secondary residence vacation park where the tenant may keep their camper/rv set up on site year round but the tenant only occupies the site for vacation purposes. The park is not intended for and does not permit year round residency meaning the tenant may never live in the park. We have a large bathhouse with laundry facility open to tenants year round, except during winter months with periods of below freezing temperatures. Our park is open all year but closes during mandatory hurricane evacuations. Lawn care is maintained throughout the year. We do not accept lease transfers, subleasing or Airbnb rentals of any kind.
